Media invite - AFASA AGM and conference

The President of the African Farmers Association of South Africa (AFASA), Mr. Mike Mlengana extends a cordial invitation to all the members of the media, to attend and cover AFASA's 1st AGM and Conference.

His Excellency the President of the Republic of South Africa, Dr. Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma is expected to address about 3000 smallholder farmers from all nine provinces and 52 districts of the Republic. Cabinet Ministers serving in the Agrarian and Rural Development portfolios as well as International Speakers from Italy and Germany will be among the guest speakers who are to grace this august event.

This historic event is scheduled to take place at St George's Hotel, Rietvlei Dam, Pretoria (South) from the 21st -23rd October 2012.
